Do I pay before or after?
Payment is typically required before we start your order. We accept PayPal and major credit cards.
How do I send my artwork files?
Email your files to dreamembroiderydesign@gmail.com. We accept EPS, CDR, AI, JPEG, and PDF files — please send high-resolution artwork, max 10MB.
What embroidery format do you provide?
We provide files in industry-standard DST (Wilcom) format.
Can I order multiple designs at once?
Yes! For bulk orders of 10+ designs, contact us for volume pricing.
