Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This notice explains what information Dream Embroidery Design ("we," "us," "our") collects when you use dreamembroiderydesign.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. This is a draft policy pending review by a qualified professional and should not be treated as final legal advice.
Information We Collect
We collect information only when you actively provide it to us, specifically:
- Quote request form: name, email address, and the project details you enter (service type, machine format, design size/placement, and any notes).
- Direct email or WhatsApp: whatever information you choose to include, plus any artwork files you attach.
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics scripts on this Site at this time. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated and, where required, you will be asked for consent.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your quote request and provide the embroidery digitizing or vector art service you asked for
- To communicate with you about your order, including delivery and revisions
- To improve our services and respond to general inquiries
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
How Your Quote Request Is Stored
When you submit the contact form, your details are sent to our content management system and stored securely so our team can review and respond to it. A copy is also emailed to our order inbox. We keep this information only as long as reasonably needed to handle your request and for basic business record-keeping.
Payments
This Site does not collect or store credit card numbers or other payment card details. Payment is arranged directly with our team (currently via PayPal, credit card processed by PayPal, or bank transfer) outside of this website.
Your Artwork Files
Files you send us for digitizing are used solely to complete your order. We do not publish or reuse your artwork without permission, except that completed sample work may occasionally be shown in our portfolio with identifying details removed or with your consent.
Third-Party Services
We use WordPress as our content management system and standard payment processors (PayPal) to handle transactions. These providers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data you share with them directly.
Your Rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing dreamembroiderydesign@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
