Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

These terms govern your use of dreamembroiderydesign.com and the embroidery digitizing and vector art services ("Services") offered by Dream Embroidery Design ("we," "us," "our"). By placing an order or using this Site, you agree to these terms. This is a draft policy pending review by a qualified professional and should not be treated as final legal advice.

Our Services

We provide embroidery digitizing, vector art conversion, and related design services, delivered fully digitally by email — no physical goods are shipped. Standard delivery is within 24 hours of order confirmation; rush delivery (4–6 hours) is available for an additional fee. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary with order complexity or volume.

Artwork You Submit

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and reproduce any artwork, logo, or design you send us. We accept EPS, CDR, AI, JPEG, and PDF files up to 10MB, and require high-resolution source artwork (300 DPI or higher, or a vector file) to produce an accurate result.

Pricing & Payment

Pricing is flat-rate and stitch-count dependent, as shown on our Pricing page. Prices are quoted in USD by default; we can provide pricing in other currencies on request based on prevailing exchange rates. Payment is due before work begins unless other arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept PayPal, credit cards processed via PayPal, and bank transfer.

Revisions

Every order includes 2 free revisions. Additional revisions beyond that are billed at our standard revision rate, quoted before work begins.

Satisfaction & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your digitized file after using your included revisions, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it, which may include a refund at our discretion depending on the circumstances of your order.

File Formats

Digitized embroidery files are delivered in DST (Wilcom) format, the industry-standard machine format compatible with most embroidery machines.

Intellectual Property

Once paid in full, you own the digitized file(s) produced for your order. We may retain a copy for our records and, unless you request otherwise, may display completed sample work in our portfolio.

Limitation of Liability

We take reasonable care to ensure accurate, professional results, but we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services, including issues arising from machine, fabric, or third-party production variables outside our control.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site or our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
